Water fed pole window cleaning

We use a professional high quality window cleaning system that uses hot, pure water to clean your windows. How does it work?

1. Pure water has been filtered by means of reverse osmosis to have all minerals, impurities and contaminates removed.

2. Pure water is a natural solvent, meaning it bonds with dirt, grime and other particles on the glass.

3. As the window is scrubbed with a pure water fed pole and soft brush, the pure water lifts and dissolves the dirt.

4. Finally the window is rinsed with more pure water which leaves a spotless, streak free finish.

Roof Cleaning

We will never power wash your roof! Using a pressure washer on a concrete tile can cause severe damage to the roof even resulting in a whole new roof being needed.

So how do we clean them?

  1. 1. We hand scrape the whole roof to remove almost all the moss apart from one or two stubborn pieces that may have a really good grip on the tile. We always make sure to clean up after ourselves and dispose of the moss.

  2. 2. Next, we treat the whole roof with a biocide spray. This is not an instant effect, however over the next six to eight weeks the roof begins to get cleaner and cleaner until nothing is left at all. Quite often the roof regains its original colour. Depending on the area the roof should last moss free for at least three years.

Following this only a simple respray would be required rather than a full scrape.

Gutter Cleaning

We use the SkyVac Mighty Atom. This uses a very powerful motor in combination with large diameter hoses and carbon fibre poles. The result is clean gutters every time as you can see from the videos on our work page.
